We’re dedicated to providing fresh, locally grown produce and natural products that reflect our commitment to quality and sustainability.

Because our products are perishable and custom-packed to order, all purchases made through our website are final.
Please review our policy carefully before completing your order.

No Returns or Exchanges

Due to the perishable nature of our items β€” including fresh produce, herbs, vegetables, and prepared goods β€” we cannot accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered or collected.

All sales are final and non-returnable.

No Refunds

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Incorrect or duplicate orders placed by the customer
  • Late collection or non-collection of orders
  • Perishable goods that have spoiled due to improper storage or delayed pickup
  • Delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses provided during checkout

All transactions are processed securely through PayFast (and other available payment options) and are non-refundable once confirmed.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We take quality and accuracy seriously.
If you receive an incorrect or damaged order, please get in touch with us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup via:

  • Your order number

If the issue is verified and was a result of our error, we may provide a replacement product or store credit at our discretion.
Refunds are not issued under any circumstances.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only before processing.
Once your order has been packed or dispatched for delivery, cancellation is no longer possible.

Delivery & Local Pickup

We offer both delivery and local pickup options:

Delivery: Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate shipping details during checkout. Missed deliveries or undeliverable addresses will not qualify for refunds or replacements.

Local Pickup: Orders must be collected at the designated time and location. Failure to collect may result in forfeiture of your order with no refund.

Payment Methods

We accept secure online payments via PayFast and EFT.
Orders are confirmed only once payment has cleared.

Cash on delivery or collection may be available upon request for local customers β€” please confirm availability prior to ordering.
