Orders & Payment
All orders must be placed through our official website, https://soulharvest.co.za, and are subject to confirmation.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including stock shortages, pricing errors, or payment issues.
Accepted payment methods:
- PayFast (Credit/Debit Card, Instant EFT, etc.)
- EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer)
- Cash on Collection (if pre-approved)
All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT unless otherwise stated.
Shipping & Collection
We currently offer:
- Delivery: To select regions within South Africa. Delivery costs are calculated at checkout.
- Local Pickup: Orders may be collected from our designated location at an agreed time.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate address details.
We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Refund & Returns
Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or provide refunds unless an item was damaged or incorrect due to our error.

Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before they are processed or packed.
Once preparation begins, cancellations are no longer possible.
